Kilted Bear is a special brew of spices, honey and rum. Blended together and allowed to rest for at least 3 months, a new and happier ambrosia is created!

The Kilted Bear Story
I've been working on this recipe for most of the last decade. After providing bottle upon bottle to friends and various others who fell in love with the honey rum, it was decided that the time was right to take this idea and run into the "get the heck out of corporate America" sunset. I have a chance to make something that is good, that benefits the local economy, and to bring this incredible drink to the rest of the world!
